SNA (Yokohama) — This week some very special visitors have been descending upon the unsuspecting city of Yokohama. They are “Pikachu,” the globally popular anime character that was originally born in Japan. Tens of thousands of spectators gathered in to be entertained by a variety of performances. But, of course, the stars of the show were the legions of Pikachu and Eevee that delighted the onlookers. For the people of Yokohama, the Pikachu Outbreak has passed, but will not easily be forgotten.
